How we compute these numbers
Every page uses one formula: cost = (watts ÷ 1000) × hours × rate. Wattage comes from the appliance's steady-state draw (not nameplate), and rates are the NEPRA 2026 Unprotected Residential slab tariff. See Methodology for the full calculation and Sources for the primary tariff documents.
