Quick answers

How do I check my electricity bill online in Pakistan?
Enter the 14-digit reference number printed at the top-left of any past bill into the checker above. BillHub auto-detects your DISCO (MEPCO, LESCO, IESCO, FESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, QESCO, SEPCO, HESCO, TESCO or K-Electric) and opens the official bill from the PITC portal. It is free, needs no login or OTP, and works on any phone browser.
What is a reference number and where is it printed?
The reference number is a 14-digit code printed in the top-left panel of every Pakistani electricity bill, usually above the barcode and labelled “Ref No”. A 10-digit consumer ID also works for most DISCOs.
Can I check a bill without the reference number?
Yes. SMS your meter number to 8118, call the 118 DISCO helpline, or use our guides for checking by CNIC or meter number. You can also estimate the amount with the free bill calculator using your monthly units.
Is the duplicate bill valid for payment?
Yes. The duplicate bill fetched from the PITC portal is accepted at every Pakistani bank branch, ATM, JazzCash, Easypaisa and 1LINK bank app. Print it or pay using the reference number directly in your wallet app.
Which areas does BillHub cover?
All of Pakistan — Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad Capital Territory, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and the merged tribal districts — including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, Hyderabad and Sialkot.
