PTCL Bill — Check & Print Your Duplicate Bill

PTCL handles landline, broadband, EVO and CharJi services across Pakistan. Use your 10-digit account number to fetch and print your latest PTCL bill.

Opens the official PTCL portal in a new tab. We don't store your 10-digit account id.

How to check your PTCL bill online in 60 seconds

  1. Locate your PTCL account number. On landline / broadband bills it's usually your landline number without the leading zero (e.g. 421234567 for Lahore's 042-1234567). On CharJi / EVO / Smart-TV bills it's a 10-14 digit account ID printed at the top.
  2. Enter the number in the search box above. The tool auto-strips spaces and dashes.
  3. Press Check bill. A new tab opens on the official PTCL bill enquiry page (ptcl.com.pk) with your latest bill.
  4. Use Print → Save as PDF to keep a copy. That printout is a valid legal bill accepted at every bank and payment channel.
  5. Pay through the PTCL Touch app, JazzCash, Easypaisa, any 1LINK bank app or over the counter at NBP / HBL / UBL / MCB / Alfalah / ABL.

Understanding your PTCL bill line by line

Every PTCL bill has three cost blocks:

  • Package rental — flat monthly charge for your voice / broadband / IPTV bundle (e.g. Broadband Plus Line Rent). Doesn't vary with usage.
  • Usage charges — call charges for out-of-bundle voice minutes, international calls, PSTN-to-mobile calls beyond your free-minute allowance. Broadband on unlimited packages has zero usage charge; on capped packages, overage is billed per GB.
  • Taxes & duties — 19.5% Federal Excise Duty (FED) on telecom services, provincial telecom service tax where applicable, and 12.5% advance income tax (adjustable at year-end).

Bill amounts above Rs. 25,000/month for CharJi and business accounts also carry withholding tax. Verify the tax lines against your last three bills — PTCL's billing system occasionally reapplies charges that were disputed and reversed.

Every way to pay your PTCL bill

  • PTCL Touch app — official app; view bill, pay via card / wallet, manage complaints.
  • JazzCash & Easypaisa — Bill Payments → Landline / Broadband → PTCL → enter account number.
  • Any 1LINK bank app — HBL, Meezan, UBL, MCB, Alfalah, ABL, Askari, Bank Al Habib, Faysal and 20+ more. Under Utility Bills → Telecom → PTCL.
  • Over the counter at NBP, HBL, UBL, MCB, Bank Alfalah, ABL and other authorised branches with the printed bill.
  • PTCL One Stop Shops — walk-in payment counters in every district.
  • Auto-debit — set up a standing instruction through your bank so PTCL is paid on the due date every month.

Common PTCL billing issues and how to fix them

  • Wrong package charge — call 1218 and ask them to raise a billing correction ticket. Keep the ticket number; correction posts on the next bill.
  • Extra charges after a speed downgrade — package downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle, not immediately. The current bill still shows the old package rental. Upgrades bill pro-rata from the day of activation.
  • Duplicate charge for a disconnected line — visit the nearest PTCL One Stop Shop with your CNIC and the printed bill. Formal disconnection requires an application; if you just stopped using the line without applying, PTCL keeps billing.
  • International call charges you didn't make — request a detailed call log through 1218. If the calls are genuinely not yours, PTCL reverses them and issues a security recommendation on your line.
  • Broadband not working but full bill charged — file a fault ticket via 1218 or the PTCL Touch app. If the fault stays open for over 7 days, request a rebate on the next bill.

About PTCL

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is Pakistan's largest telecom operator, providing landline, broadband, IPTV (Smart TV) and enterprise data services to over 10 million subscribers. It was privatised in 2006 and is majority-owned by Etisalat Group (UAE); the Government of Pakistan retains a significant minority stake.

PTCL runs the largest copper and fibre network in the country — over 60,000 km of fibre backbone and last-mile FTTH in every major city. Its broadband service is branded as PTCL Broadband; its wireless data service as CharJi (LTE). All of these bill through the same account portal, which is what our lookup tool queries.
